博士/博士后,硕士生导师,新葡萄青年教授、未来之星,中国植物营养学会生态分会委员,江西省司法厅环保鉴定专家、江西省农业农村厅受污染耕地安全利用专家指导团队赣州组组长。主要从事污水深度处理和固体废弃物处理与资源化利用技术研究,发表各类期刊论文20多篇,总影响因子超过100。主持各类科研和教改课题10余项,其中国家自然科学基金2项、江西省重大科技项目1项、江西省自然科学基金1项、中国博士后基金和江西省博士后基金各1项、江西省水利科技项目2项、江西省教育厅项目1项,新葡萄教学改革研究课题2项。指导本科大学生创新创业训练项目国家级1项,指导校级本科优秀毕业论文1篇,获新葡萄“三育人”、“先进工作者”和“优秀班主任”荣誉奖励各1次。
